Welcome to Yulonda’s Edible Sensations, LLC web site. Yulonda’s Edible Sensations, LLC and its affiliated companies ( “Yulonda’s Edible Sensations, LLC” or “we” ) provide Yesdesserts.nyc web site (the “Web Site” ) and related services to you ( “User” ), subject to the following terms and conditions of use ( “Terms and Conditions” ). These terms and conditions form the basis on which you can visit our website, order bakery and dessert products from us. Please read the Terms and Conditions carefully before accessing or using the Web Site. By accessing or using the Web Site, you agree to be bound by the Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with the terms and conditions, you may not access or otherwise use the web site.

Terms & Conditions
1. The initial 50% deposit reserves the date of your event and is non-refundable.
2. The final date for any changes of size, flavors, or design is 10 days prior to the event. Any changes requested after this date cannot be guaranteed and may be subject to additional charges.
We require an advance deposit on signing the contract, 50% payment at 3 months before the event, and payment in full 30 days before the event. If payment is not made in full, we assume that you have canceled your event and forfeited your deposit. For cakes ordered within that 30 day window, immediate payment in full is expected.
3. Delivery and setup fees are within the five-borough area. Fees outside of NYC are based on location. Delivery must be booked in advance. We do not have same day delivery available. There will be hourly charges of $50 if we have to wait at a location. We are not able to ship our cakes due to their fragile nature. Once the cake is delivered to the location and set up on an appropriately stable table or base in a cool, dry room (or refrigerator, if indicated), we are not responsible for any damages that may incur.
4. Cakes that do not require on-site assembly can be picked up at our Manhattan location at Hot Bread Kitchen by appointment only. If you decide to pick up and set up the cake or any other desserts, you assume all liability and responsibility for the condition of the cake or product once it leaves Yulonda’s Edible Sensations, LLC possession. You are responsible for providing appropriate and secure transportation.
5. Our products may contain or come into contact with milk, wheat, nuts, soy, and other allergens. You agree to notify your guests of this risk and hold us harmless for allergic reactions.
All our cakes are made from fresh ingredients. We are able to bake gluten free, egg free and sugar free. Cakes with only organic ingredients are also available. For any special inquiries please fill out the price quote form. Our products may contain or be exposed to milk, egg, wheat, nuts, soy, and other allergens.
Don’t see the flavor that you are looking for? Let us know we are happy to accommodate custom flavors.
6. If you are ordering libation infused desserts you must be 21 years or older. You must provide State ID proving your legal drinking age.
GOVERNMENT WARNING:
(1) According to the Surgeon General, women should not drink alcoholic beverages during pregnancy because of the risk of birth defects. (2) Consumption of alcoholic beverages impairs your ability to drive a car or operate machinery, and may cause health problems.
