What do you do with the dessert you’ve bought? Keep it. Due to the perishable nature of food, we cannot accept returns.Please explain your issue with the product and we’ll come up with a solution for your unsatisfied purchase. Though, for legal purchases, all online sales are final.
Wrong or Defective Product
We strive for perfection but occasionally we may make an error with your order or a product may be defective. In either event, please call us immediately at 917-602-1364 or email us at [email protected] so that we can make it right!
Defective food merchandise is described with such characteristics as uncooked or mislabeled ingredients at the time of purchase. Defective products are not described by damaged or tampered products. We unfortunately cannot control for shipping conditions.

Save your shipping box! It needs to be inspected by the carrier. Claims cannot be made for damaged goods if the box is discarded. If a product has been damaged by our carrier, photos proving this claim must be sent to us within 72 hours of receipt.
