You will receive an email or call to confirm your order within 2–3 business days (if you place your order on a Friday-Sunday, you will receive confirmation by Tuesday, as YES is closed on Sundays). Information provided in this email or call with a specific pick up time will be arranged, decoration will be discussed and any other questions will be answered.
SPECIAL HOURS AND CLOSURES: EVERY SUNDAY: CLOSED
In general, orders should be placed at least 72 hours to 1 week in advance. Larger orders should be placed 2-3 weeks in advance. Customize or events cakes should be placed no later than 3 months in advance. We will try to accommodate last minute requests so contact us. However, we cannot always guarantee our availability during busy times — especially on weekends and holidays but we will try to satisfy your dessert order. 50% deposit are due at booking order.

Partial payments accepted through PayPal or Square for your placement order Remaining balance is accepted 3-7 day before the delivery of your order. Amount of days depend on the size of your order. Specific would be on your invoice.
*If you do not have the full amount of payment by the date and time of your order, you will only receive the amount of desserts you paid for.
